1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the 92dudu platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, sportsbook, and any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately discontinue your use of 92dudu and close your account.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and 92dudu with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. Acceptance is confirmed at the point of account registration when you tick the relevant confirmation checkbox on the registration form.

92dudu reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2 Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Access to and use of the 92dudu platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 92dudu enforces age verification at multiple points in the account lifecycle — including at registration and mandatorily before processing any withdrawal request.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to maintain an active 92dudu account:

• You are registering voluntarily and not at the direction of any third party;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 92dudu or any of its affiliated companies or technology partners;
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, and the account you register will be used solely by you;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the 92dudu platform under any prior account.

92dudu may at any time request documentary proof of age (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence) and may suspend account access pending verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in permanent account closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 92dudu platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether directly or through associated devices, payment methods, IP addresses, or household members — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all related accounts.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid and personal email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and your accurate date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92dudu login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 92dudu will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or phone.

92dudu reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity verification (KYC) at any point during your account lifecycle, not only at registration. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, a utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and a selfie holding the submitted documents. Accounts that do not complete KYC within the stipulated deadline will have withdrawal access suspended.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 92dudu are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is PKR 100. No minimum withdrawal threshold is applied to verified accounts, though processing times vary by method.

Deposit Terms: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 92dudu balance instantly. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within one banking business day. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation, typically within 30 minutes. 92dudu does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Terms: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes on average for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers are processed within one to three banking business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within two hours of approval. 92dudu reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above PKR 50,000.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit;
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name;
• Active bonus funds must meet their stated wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted;
• Suspected fraudulent or irregular activity may result in withdrawal suspension pending investigation.

92dudu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking system outages. 5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions: Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real-money funds. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount (and, where stated, the deposit amount) must be staked a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable as real money. • Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met;
• Real-money funds are always wagered before bonus funds when both are present in an account;
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, typically 30 days;
• Stakes placed on certain game types (e.g., roulette, baccarat, live dealer games) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements — check the specific promotion terms;

92dudu does not accept bets placed with knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting integrity violation. Any player found to be exploiting inside information will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant sporting authorities.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92dudu platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices, or IP addresses;
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or allowing a third party to use your account;
• Money laundering: Using 92dudu for the purpose of depositing, layering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity. 92dudu complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities;
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated or automated means, including but not limited to matched betting and arbitrage using bonus funds;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live dealer tables or in any poker-style game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile wallet provider in relation to legitimate 92dudu deposits;
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the platform in any way;
• Exploiting software errors: Knowingly exploiting any technical error, miscalculation, or software bug to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 92dudu platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 92dudu content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform software; or use any 92dudu trademark or brand asset for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92dudu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

92dudu does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and events outside 92dudu's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability. 92dudu will endeavour to notify players of scheduled downtime in advance.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use 92dudu at your own risk, and you acknowledge that gambling involves a real risk of financial loss.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

92dudu collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during registration and throughout the account lifecycle in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the 92dudu Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Personal data collected includes identification information (name, CNIC number, date of birth), contact information (email address, mobile number, residential address), financial information (payment method details, transaction history), and behavioural data (game history, session data, device information). This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and improve platform services.

92dudu does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law. All data is stored with industry-standard encryption and access controls.

12 Amendments to These Terms

92dudu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 92dudu will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification displayed upon next login. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 92dudu platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure. Accounts closed in this manner will have any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds with incomplete wagering) returned to the registered payment method.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

92dudu may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if: you have breached any provision of these Terms; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; you have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; or you have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 92dudu support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will not be returned.

Accounts that have been self-excluded cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion will be refused for the full duration of the exclusion period, regardless of the reason given.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92dudu holds its international gaming licence. The application of any conflicting local law is expressly excluded to the extent permitted by that jurisdiction.

The support team will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 14 days. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through this internal process, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority under whose licence 92dudu operates.
